For the 10th UN International Day of Yoga, Self-Realization Fellowship sannyasini Ranjana Mai gives a short talk and leads a guided meditation on how yoga can give us a deeply transforming experience of divine peace and love, and help us become more understanding, accepting, and generous people. “Change yourself and you have done your part in changing the world,” Paramahansa Yogananda said. “Every individual must change his own life if he wants to live in a peaceful world.” In this talk, Ranjana Mai also describes the Kriya Yoga path of meditation that Paramahansaji brought to the world, and how it can lead us to the highest goal of yoga — union of our soul with the bliss of Spirit.
