Construction Project Manager

Position Summary:
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial for ensuring that construction activities align with the project specifications, and are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Construction Project Manager serves as a key liaison between contractors and the management team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.


Main Functions of the Role:

  • Hire and manage contractors and labourers to ensure that right personnel are assigned to various tasks
  • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings prepared by architects and ensure accurate execution on-site
  • Oversee the construction process to ensure contractors adhere to plans and avoid mistakes
  • Understand and manage the materials used in construction to ensure quality and compliance

Web Content Manager (IT)

Engineering Manager (IT)

As the Engineering Manager for the PHP Full Stack Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, encompassing both the server and client-side components.   • Backend Development: (Proficiency Level: Expert):
    • Develop server-side web application logic using PHP. We presently use CodeIgniter as the preferred framework and MySQL databases

Sevak Opportunities

Some of the benefits of being an ashram Sevak are: living in a spiritually-uplifting ashram environment, morning and evening group meditations led by monastics, regular spiritual discourses and classes conducted by monastics specifically for Sevaks, spiritual fellowship with monastics and other Sevaks, periodic outings with other Sevaks for rejuvenation, and an opportunity to live a spiritually balanced life.

Though devotees offer their Seva without seeking any remuneration other than free boarding and lodging, YSS may offer an honorarium to some Sevaks.

  • Operations Management:
    • Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure effective patient care delivery
    • Oversee daily operations of the hospital, ensuring all departments function smoothly
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage the hospital’s budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
