We invite you to join us for this online Sadhana Sangam led by YSS sannyasis in Telugu. This online Sadhana Sangam provides devotees an opportunity not only for spiritual rejuvenation, but also for improving their understanding and practice of Gurudeva’s teachings and meditation techniques.
We encourage you to avail this opportunity to fully participate in this weekend spiritual programme, and join many fellow devotees from around the world in group meditations, inspirational satsangas, and kirtan. Review classes on the YSS meditation techniques will be available for YSS/SRF Lessons students only; whereas the group meditations and satsangas are open to all. Each of the meditations will be conducted in both Telugu and English, whereas the classes and satsangas will be in Telugu only.

Become a Student of the Yogoda Satsanga Lessons
The Online Sadhana Sangam is open to all. However, online classes on the YSS techniques – the Energization Exercises, Hong-Sau Technique of Concentration, and the Aum Technique of Meditation– are available only to the students of the Yogoda Satsanga Lessons. (Self-Realization Fellowship Lessons students are also welcome.)
If you are not a student, we invite you to apply now for the YSS Lessons so that you may participate in the classes on these powerful techniques, which are integral to the science of Kriya Yoga taught by Paramahansa Yogananda.
