Paramahansa Yoganandaji taught that the start of the New Year was an excellent time to reflect and make new determinations to manifest our worthwhile goals and aspirations. To aid us in this endeavour, he instituted the tradition of ushering in the New Year with a meditation. This special New Year’s Eve meditation, led by a YSS sannyasi was held on Thursday, December 31, 11:30 p.m. – Friday, January 1, 12:30 a.m (IST).
